Wine Routes - Portugal

Although wine production is still the main objective of wineries, they have become more than just the place where grapes are turned into wine. They are now a complex vehicle involving a mixture of design philosophy and advanced technology through which the producers convey their image. In Portugal this trend has slowly begun to make its presence felt and our suggestion for wine lovers is to spend a few days getting to know some of these examples.

    Alentejo

On the Alentejo proposed wine region we include two wine cellars where you will appreciate fine architecture, beautiful but functional at the same time; you will notice the care in combining knowledge of the local building materials and natural landscape and, most important, the concern to contribute to the sustainable development of the region beyond wine production.

But of course, through Iberitas’s hands-on-cooking spirit you will experience much more! You will know everything about the grape varieties, their characteristics, the winemaking process, you name it! And last but not least, not losing sight of the objective and culmination of all this work and the ultimate pleasure: the wine tasting.
